We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data/Research Analyst to support our Client Success team. This role is crucial for the creation, analysis, and interpretation of organizational health and 360-degree assessments, where you will apply strong statistical skills to identify key insights and create compelling client reports. You will also be responsible for upscaling and optimizing our current analysis software and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client profiles and engagement history within our database. We are prioritizing candidates graduating in April for a contract role with a strong option to convert to a full-time position upon successful completion of the initial contract and graduation.
