I/O Psychology Community
We host a community for professionals with a background or interest in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (or OB/HR; ultimately, the science of people at work).
Through a series of discussions, presentations and networking events, our goal is to forge connections amongst industry professionals (as well as researchers in academia), to encourage meaningful discussions and ultimately foster a community of practice. The purpose of the community, as defined by its members, is to enhance people’s lives and helping them achieve their potential at work by sharing the science, research and practice of I/O psychology, and related fields.
