THE ROLE

We are seeking a Content Creation Manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of content creation strategies, ensuring the production of high-quality and engaging content for both the Monark app, and in support of our content marketing efforts.

From crafting evidence-based learning path content, to creating marketing materials such as webinars and white papers, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Monark’s content offerings, which go beyond traditional text-based content to include audio, video, AI-driven interactions, and engaging activities. Your role will involve spearheading our multi-method learning approach, focusing on holistic learning methodologies, engagement, gamification, and multimedia approaches.

You will also collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all content is consistent and aligned with Monark’s standards and guidelines. Your exceptional research capabilities, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment will ensure you are successful in this position. 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS/IS:

• Master-level education in IO or Social Psychology, or Organizational Behaviour;

• Exceptional writing and editing skills; 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders; 

• Experience leading a team of contractors, providing guidance as needed to ensure quality standards are met;

• Ability to align content creation efforts with organizational goals; 

• A creative side that enjoys finding new and unique ways to deliver content;

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Monark standards; 

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced company or technology start-up is preferred, although not required.

  
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content development and management: 

• Lead the content creation process (with oversight from the Chief Science Officer), ensuring the development of evidence-based learning content for Monark learning paths, quizzes, and in-app activities; 

• Coordinate with writing contractors to oversee the production of content, ensuring it aligns with Monark's quality standards;

• Establishing partnerships with expert content creators;

• Develop compelling webinars, newsletter content, whitepapers, and other marketing materials to showcase Monark's thought leadership and support our content marketing efforts.

Content Enhancement and Innovation:

• Drive our multi-method learning approach, beginning with the adaptation of content into engaging video formats.

• Continuously assess and update Monark's content to maintain its high quality and relevance.

• Implement gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and app adoption.

Facilitator Support and Development:

• Collaborate with the Chief Science Officer to support Monark's facilitator community, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

• Create and update facilitator guides to reflect changes in Monark's content and delivery standards.
